She said she would at least try to put us on the same floor. When I booked it I told the woman making our reservation that we were meeting friends and asked if we could be near them. Island Resort & Casino just isn't anything special and if it's a drive for you as it was for us, it's definitely not worth the trip. We don't go in expecting to win, but we do hope to be able to play a bit without breaking the bank and that was just not the case here. We travel to a lot of different casinos and this one just didn't do it for us. I've never been to a casino that didn't pay out at all, but this was it. And the machines didn't even payout enough to keep playing, let alone to win. They offered $5 if you used the app but it didn't work. Unfortunately, they do not offer free play to new card members. They have a great selection of slot machines, as well as table games. The casino itself isn't super big, but big enough. That being said, this was probably the quietest hotel room I've ever been in and the bed was very comfortable.

It was also extremely cold in the hotel they had the air conditioning on full blast. I had terrible allergies while staying in this room. We didn't have a mini fridge or safe in the room, which seemed odd as these tend to be standard. The room itself was clean and had two recliners in it which was a first in a hotel room for us. Our room was on the top floor and had a view of the parking lot. Check-in went smoothly and the individual checking us in was very friendly. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but inside the resort & casino are quite nice. Island Resort & Casino is pretty much in the middle of nowhere.
